Julep - Alfre

I really really wished you can see the purple in the photos!! This nail colour is such a pretty mix of gray and purple. It has a creamy shine, which is elegant and perfect for the fall season!

Sally Hansen Insta-Dri - Bronze Ablaze

In the bottle, this polish looked like a dirty brown with teeny tiny gold specks.  Under certain lighting, I even saw some shades of green in it.  On the nails though, it was definitely more brown than I had expected.  However, I still like this colour because it is very suitable for the fall season.

After a couple of days, I also added a gold crackle on my ring finger as a highlight.  It was the Sephora by O.P.I's Blasted Gold.

Essie - Aruba Blue

Such a nice glowy dark blue. Not at all a dull colour. It almost seems like the nail contains several shades of blue depending on where the light hits. A definite favourite!

It All Started in 2011

I can't even remember when this whole nail polish addiction began.  It was probably from watching an excessive amount of YouTube videos on nails, nail polish, nail how-to's, water marbling, nail designs, etc etc...  Once in a while if I like the manicures I did, I would take a photo of it and simply store it on my phone.  Now that I have several photos collected throughout the year, I thought I would start a blog to store all the ideas I had.  That way, it will be easy for me to keep track and I'm sure it will be nice to look back on.

Here are some pictures of the manicures I've done this year.  Please don't judge because I'm definitely not a professional.  I just love nail polish and easy-to-do designs!  So... here goes!
